Titan Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing secure and reliable delivery of medical-grade anabolic steroids and supplements across Canada. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and conditions related to shipping and delivery.


1. Shipping Territory

We currently ship Canada-wide only, using Canada Post as our exclusive delivery partner. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.


2. Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by province, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.


3. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded, and discreet packaging to protect your privacy. There are no external labels or markings indicating the contents of the package.


4. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your package is damaged, incomplete, or appears to be tampered with, you must:

  • Contact us at tristan@titanlabs.shop within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damaged packaging and/or missing contents.
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or alternate resolution at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds.


5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or with missing items (see Section 4).

To qualify for any form of compensation or resolution, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
